Description

These Valentine’s M&M Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with vibrant red and pink M&Ms. Perfect for a sweet treat on Valentine’s Day, they combine the classic flavor of a chocolate chip cookie with the colorful fun of M&Ms. Ideal for sharing with loved ones!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Valentine’s M&M candies (or regular M&Ms)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  • Gently fold in the Valentine’s M&M candies.
  • Drop tablespoon-sized scoops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • You can substitute regular M&Ms if Valentine’s M&Ms are unavailable.
  • For an extra touch, sprinkle a little sea salt on top before baking.
