Description
These adorable Strawberry Santas are a delightful no-bake dessert perfect for the holiday season. Fresh strawberries are filled with a creamy, sweetened cream cheese mixture, topped with festive decorations to resemble Santa Claus.
Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1¼ cups powdered sugar

20 large strawberries

1.3 oz tube black decorating icing

20 round red sprinkles or 1 (.67 oz) tube orange/red decorating icing
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until smooth and fully combined.

Cut the stems off each strawberry to create a flat surface. Then, cut each strawberry ¾ of the way up from the bottom to create a smaller cone for the “Santa hat.” Set the smaller cones aside.

Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a medium or large round tip. On the larger bottom part of each strawberry, pipe a large swirl of cream cheese filling, making two layers to create Santa’s body.

Use the black decorating icing to dot two eyes in the middle of the cream cheese swirl. For the nose, place a red sprinkle or use red/orange decorating icing.

Place the smaller cut-off strawberry cone (the “Santa hat”) on top of the cream cheese swirl. Pipe a small dot of cream cheese onto the tip of the hat to create the pom-pom
Notes
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the filling
If you don’t have a piping bag, you can use a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off.
These Santas are best enjoyed fresh, but you can freeze the strawberries and cream cheese filling separately and assemble them just before serving
