Description

These no-bake peanut butter truffles are the perfect sweet treat! With just a few ingredients, they’re quick, easy, and irresistibly delicious. A creamy peanut butter center coated in smooth chocolate – these bites of bliss are ideal for parties, gifts, or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (or a similar base like crushed cookies)
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (optional for smoother texture)

Instructions

  • Mix the Peanut Butter Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and graham cracker crumbs. Stir until the mixture is smooth and holds together.
  • Shape the Truffles: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands. Place them on a lined baking sheet or tray.
  • Chill: Refrigerate the truffle balls for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Coat with Chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in the microwave, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.
  • Chill Again: Return the chocolate-coated truffles to the fridge for another 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Serve: Once the chocolate is firm, your peanut butter truffles are ready to enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

  • You can customize the truffles by adding a pinch of sea salt on top or rolling them in chopped nuts, sprinkles, or cocoa powder for extra flavor and texture.
  • If you want to make these truffles even more decadent, consider using dark or milk chocolate for the coating.
