Description

These Quick and Easy Breakfast Sliders are the perfect way to start your day! Sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory breakfast sausage, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a drizzle of maple syrup come together for a breakfast sandwich that’s both hearty and flavorful. Ready in no time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 small Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 lb ground breakfast sausage
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy
  • 4 slices Kraft American cheese
  • 1/2 cup Tex Mex shredded cheese (or substitute with cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms together. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, then drain excess fat.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the scrambled eggs over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer the cooked sausage on top of the eggs, then add the crispy bacon slices.
  • Place a slice of Kraft cheese on top of the bacon and sprinkle with shredded Tex Mex cheese.
  • Drizzle maple syrup over the cheese layer.
  • Place the top half of the buns on top, then bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
  • Sprinkle everything with Everything But the Bagel Seasoning before serving.

Notes

  • You can customize these sliders by swapping the sausage for another protein, like ham or turkey bacon.
  • For a spicy kick, add a bit of hot sauce or jalapeños.
  • You can prep the sliders the night before and bake them in the morning for an even quicker breakfast.
