Description

This homemade pumpkin spice creamer is the perfect addition to your fall beverages. Made with a few simple ingredients, it’s rich, creamy, and full of that classic pumpkin spice flavor you love. Ideal for your coffee, lattes, or hot chocolate!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree over medium heat.
  • Whisk until the pumpkin puree is fully incorporated and the mixture is warm.
  • Add the maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.
  • Continue to heat the mixture until it’s hot but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
  • Pour into your coffee or tea for a cozy fall treat!

Notes

  • This recipe can be adjusted to suit your sweetness preference by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
  • Shake well before each use as the creamer may separate over time.
