- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for a dairy-free option)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree over medium heat.
- Whisk until the pumpkin puree is fully incorporated and the mixture is warm.
- Add the maple syrup, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Continue to heat the mixture until it’s hot but not boiling.
- Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
- Pour into your coffee or tea for a cozy fall treat!
Notes
- This recipe can be adjusted to suit your sweetness preference by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
