- 2 large tortillas
- 1/3 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
- 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
- Add half of the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Place half of the Caesar salad on top of the pepperoni.
- Drizzle a bit of fresh lemon juice over the salad (optional) for an added burst of flavor.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up tightly to enclose all the ingredients.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. You can also grill or toast the wraps in a skillet for a crispy outer texture if desired.
