These Pepperoni Pizza Caesar Wraps are a fun and delicious twist on the classic pizza! With marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Caesar salad all wrapped in a warm tortilla, this quick meal combines the best of both worlds—pizza and a salad wrap. It’s perfect for a fast lunch or dinner with an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Cup n Crisp pepperoni
  • 1 (10.5 oz) bag prepared Caesar salad (or about 3 cups homemade Caesar)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce on each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
  • Add half of the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Place half of the Caesar salad on top of the pepperoni.
  • Drizzle a bit of fresh lemon juice over the salad (optional) for an added burst of flavor.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll up tightly to enclose all the ingredients.
  • Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately. You can also grill or toast the wraps in a skillet for a crispy outer texture if desired.

Notes

  • If you like a crispy wrap, consider toasting the wrap in a skillet for a minute or two on each side before serving.
  • You can customize the salad with additional toppings like cherry tomatoes, olives, or even shredded parmesan.
  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat tortillas or low-fat cheese.
