Description

This light and tangy Lemon Vinaigrette Salad Dressing is a quick, easy, and refreshing way to elevate any salad with a burst of citrus flavor. Perfect for a healthy and vibrant addition to your meals!


Ingredients

Scale
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (to balance acidity)

 


Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  • Slowly pour in the olive oil while continuing to whisk to emulsify the ingredients.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • If desired, stir in honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
  • Pour over your favorite salad or use as a marinade. Shake or stir before serving.

 

  • Store any leftover dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

  • You can adjust the mustard and lemon juice to your taste. Add more honey or syrup if you prefer a sweeter vinaigrette.
