Description

A tangy, fresh, and zesty dressing perfect for salads, roasted vegetables, or even as a marinade.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or jar, combine the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey/maple syrup (if using).
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the mustard and lemon juice to suit your taste. Add more honey or syrup for a sweeter version.
