Instructions
- In a small bowl or jar, combine the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey/maple syrup (if using).
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is emulsified.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the mustard and lemon juice to suit your taste. Add more honey or syrup for a sweeter version.
- The dressing can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
