Description

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    • Cook the chicken for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and browned on the outside. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Prepare the Ramen:

    • While the chicken is cooking, prepare your ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  • Assemble the Dish:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and the creamy garlic sauce. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

    • Heat the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until warm and pliable.

  • Fill the Tortillas:

    • Place the cooked ramen noodles in the center of each warm tortilla. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture on top, dividing evenly among the tortillas.

 

  • Serve:

    • Fold up the tortillas to create wraps or quesadilla-style pockets. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

  • If you want to make this spicier, you can add crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
