Description

This Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce is a perfect blend of spicy, savory, and creamy goodness. Tender chicken pieces are cooked in a rich, flavorful broth with ramen noodles and a creamy garlic sauce, delivering a satisfying, comforting, and slightly spicy dish that’s sure to warm you up and leave you craving more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  • Prepare the Broth: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and paprika, cooking until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

  • Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  • Add the Broth: Pour in the chicken broth, and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  • Cook the Noodles: Add the instant ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to the package instructions (typically about 3-5 minutes).

  • Make it Creamy: Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and the noodles are fully cooked.

  • Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra heat, you can add more chili sauce or even a bit of sriracha.

  • If you prefer a less creamy dish, reduce the amount of heavy cream or substitute it with coconut milk for a lighter option.

  • You can add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra texture and flavor.
