Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Make the Brownie Layer:
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder, then stir until just combined (do not overmix).
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer:
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

- Pour the cheesecake batter over the brownie layer and spread evenly.
- Add the Strawberry Swirl:
- Drop spoonfuls of strawberry jam on top of the cheesecake layer.

- Bake:
