Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, canned salmon, red bell pepper, sweet onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add mayonnaise and chopped cilantro, mixing everything together until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
Notes
- If you prefer a spicier kick, feel free to add a pinch of cayenne pepper or hot sauce to the mixture.
