Ingredients

  • 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies

  • 4 cups of chicken broth

  • 1 (8-ounce) block of cream cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, add the pierogies, kielbasa, and chicken broth.

  • Cut the cream cheese into chunks and add it to the crockpot.

  • Stir everything together, then cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the pierogies are tender.

  • Once cooked, add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.

 

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot!
