- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes (optional) and cut them into thin, evenly-sized fries.
- In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until the fries are evenly coated.
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
- Air fry the fries for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly and become golden and crispy.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the air fryer and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, if desired.
