1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp paprika
-
Salt & pepper, to taste
-
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
-
Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
-
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove excess grease if needed.
-
Sauté Onion and Garlic: Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
-
Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, and Parmesan cheese. Let it cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
-
Combine: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the creamy sauce. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
-
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately. Enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta!
Notes
-
You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
-
Add extra veggies like mushrooms or spinach to boost the flavor and nutrition.
-
For a spicier version, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
