Description

These delicious Chocolate Strawberry Yogurt Clusters are the perfect combination of creamy yogurt, sweet strawberries, and rich chocolate. A healthy yet indulgent treat that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth with just the right amount of sweetness and crunch!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for about 2 hours, or until fully set.
