Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Drop 1 tablespoon of peanut butter in the center of the batter.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute 15 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds, or until the cake has risen and is set in the center.
