Description

This Chicken Avocado Wrap is a quick and satisfying meal, combining tender chicken, creamy avocado, fresh spinach, and melted cheddar cheese all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner, and easily customizable to fit your dietary needs!


Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon butter

  • 2 large tortillas (gluten-free, low-carb, or veggie wraps if preferred)

  • 2 small cooked chicken breasts, sliced

  • 1 large avocado, sliced

  • 1 ½ cups spinach leaves

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing


Instructions

  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 1 minute on each side until soft.

  • Lay the warm tortillas on a flat surface.

  • Arrange the sliced chicken, avocado, spinach leaves, and shredded cheddar cheese on each tortilla.

  • Drizzle with ranch dressing.

  • Carefully roll up the tortillas, folding in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.

 

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any type of cheese you prefer, such as mozzarella or pepper jack, for a different flavor.

If you prefer a bit of crunch, you can add sliced bell peppers or cucumbers.

For a low-carb option, choose a low-carb or veggie wrap.
