- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen blueberries (reserve some for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in the rolled oats and baking powder.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving some for the topping.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and spread evenly. Top with the reserved blueberries.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

- You can substitute raspberries or chopped strawberries for blueberries.
