For the Pizza:

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, and onion powder until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up into small pieces. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
- Prepare the Pizza Base:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone, shaping it into a circle or rectangle.
- Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread half of the sauce evenly over the pizza dough as the base.
- Sprinkle an even layer of cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the cooked ground beef and bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Add Toppings:
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Top with dill pickle slices and shredded lettuce. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top.
